Hi, so I recently bought the iPhone SE second generation and was wondering, why does it not come with a live wallpaper option?
It doesn't have the required hardware.

Oh really? I’d like to know what hardware is not in the iPhone SE that WAS in the iPhone 8 and/or 11 that necessitates the lack of live wallpapers support.
