sound not working on iPhone6

My iPhone 6 has suddenly decided not to let me hear the sound on several apps inc. youtube , music, audible, spotify. It plays and is ok on bluetooth headphones. calls work fine as does FaceTime. I can't figure it . Any help would be appreciated.

i am using 12.4.6 software

How do I get what’s app audio to work? Sound on iphone 6s My phone doesn't have sound on any phone call(talk only). Works fine on facetime. When I make a call, I can't hear and the person I called can't hear me. What is my problem?
