Serial number on a package box is wrong.

Hey. I bought used iphone a week ago. I'm checking SN and IMEI that shown in system info in iOS on apple website, and see everything is good, the phone is under warranty, and it has been initially purchased few month ago. Ok.

But... the phone came with original package box and SN on a sticker is different, but IMEI is correct.

So how is it possible?

Also name of model starts from MQ... so it supposed to be not refurbished.

Yeah, the package could be not original but the thing is the IMEI is correct.

If I hadn't seen SN on the sticker I would have no any doubts about history of the phone, cause this SN is nowhere exept the sticker. If SN was replaced I thought it should be marked as replaced on apple web site.

Waiting a response from seller, but not sure I will get the true answer.
