Wrong Replacement Device Serial Number

I have a replacement box coming in the mail after speaking to an Apple Support rep regarding my husbands phone’s malfunction. But the repair order has the wrong device serial number shown. It’s showing my phone is the one that needs to be sent in for repair but it is my husbands phone that is damaged. How can I get this changed?!
