Siri Audio Problem Catalina 10.15.4 MacBook Pro

When I try to speak to Siri, I get the following response after a few seconds

Siri Audio Problem: Sire was unable to hear you. Please check that your microphone is connected... Open Sound Preferences.

I did that and the mic is connected and volumes are up. When I hit the sound icon in Menu Bar it shows the "internal Speakers" are checked.

Suggestions? Thanks

Hi, that's an interesting issue. Check your Midi setup to be sure that your mic isn't muted. If Mute is checked then uncheck it See my attachment. If it's not muted then you should try an SMC reset. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295
