Catalina update for iMac (27-inch, Late 2013) ?

Why the system cannot find the Catalina update for my iMac (27-inch, Late 2013) ?

When I click on GET in the App Store it opens the Software Update window and after some time it gives an error message saying it cannot find the file.

I am running Mojave now.

System Preferences- software updates or just go directly to:

https://www.apple.com/macos/catalina/

It does not help. When I go to Software Updates it says my software version (Mojave) is up to date.
