Apple Pay on my Apple Watch

Hello, I have a problem with Apple Pay on my Apple Watch Series 5. When I go to the Apple Watch app on my iPhone I can’t find the wallet & Apple Pay section, so I can’t add a credit or debit card on my watch. I have added the card in the wallet app on my iPhone, but it hadn’t synchronised with my Apple Watch.Also when I go to the wallet app on my Watch it says:“add cards for Apple Pay in the Apple Watch app on your iPhone“, but I can’t find it in the app. What can I do
