How can install app when I have iOS 10.3.3 and the apps store tells me that I need iOS 11

So, there is no way I can update my ios or install apps like YouTube?
The 5c cannot run a newer version of iOS. You should be able to watch YouTube videos in Safari, but you cannot download the YouTube app.
