Watch Face came clean off

Hi All, thank you for your help in advance. I have a question; my watch face came clean off, bumped it against something which was not a hard object and the bump itself was also not hard. I was very surprised that the glass piece came clean off.

The watch face still works, however wo of the three connectors come off, so it does not respond to input.

Is this something which is a know fault? Does this come under warranty? What should I do to enjoy my Apple Watch again, as soon as possible?

Many thanks all for your response. Looking forward!

I don't know for sure if this will be under warranty or not. But it kinda looks like this issue:

I would advice you to stop using the watch to avoid any more damage.
