Deleted Macintosh HD. Don’t know what to do.

I wanted to reset my mac to factoru but accidentally deleted the Macintosh HD. Every time I press the command R keys, a globe appears. Afterwards I don’t know where ti go from there. If I turn on my mac a flashing folder with a question mark appears. I need my mac to be working and restored. What should I do. How do I reinstall the Macintosh HD?

Hi, and Happy New Year.

Your macOS system is corrupted, so you need to reinstall macOS with Recovery mode.

So I tried to install MacOS mojave. It is able to continue and then it says that the server could not be contacted or that the request to the recovery server timed out. If it helps my wifi kept disconnecting throughout the time. What should I do? Should I go to the apple store and use my apple care?
