Mac HD accidental erasure

I’m preparing my MacBook to send back to apple, followed the steps to prepare the laptop but accidentally erased Mac HD drive. How do I get it back? I can’t seem to reinstall OS. Just get a file icon with a question mark.

Hi,

First of all, you should resetting NVRAM, then start up in Recovery Mode and reformat the internal drive, then reinstall macOS which could works.
