I have a strange issue with the Apple TV App on both my MacBookPro and my iPhone. I can only see the Library. No other function like Watch Now or anything else. I have attached a picture from my MacBookPro but I have the same thing on my iPhone. Could it be a country related issue? I doubt it but some info will be helpful. Thank you.
Only synced videos are available in your location via the TV app, that is why.

Except this wouldn’t explain why it’s also doing this on your phone apart from both devices might be using the same network? How is it on your phone if you allow Data to be used for the TV App - to do a test?
This problem is being reported and it only happened on my App once, on the iPad which I determined to be my network. I rebooted my modem and resolved it.
You can let Apple know:
It happens on both my iPhone and MacBookPro. Regardless if on 4G or any WiFI.
Could it be the country that I am in or an issue with my iCloud Account?

Regardless of the network used, I have the same issue, I tried on a friend's network. Same issue. It does it on data mobile too.
All updates are done up to date.
There is something on my account that won't allow this, I can't seem to figure what is wrong o what is blocking this!
Romania, I have a MacBookPro and an iPhone X, phone is on Romanian contract and I have this issue. My iPhone 11Pro with UK contract does not have this issue.
No sure how is this related but other Romanians have no issue like this, both on MacBook Pro's and their iPhones.
Is is based on the Apple ID and the location where you reside. Each location has differences as to what it can access based on licensing restrictions in different areas. Creating an account requires a valid address and payment method, having an account for somewhere other than where one resides would be a violation to the terms of use.
I reside in 2 countries and travel 2-3 times a Month with work commitments. Surely I can switch my iCloud account on my MacBookPro to Access my Apple TV App and see it's full potential!

Ok, but you can only access that other content when you are back in that location. Each one has it's own distinct store and differences in licensing. The terms of use also state that, of which you agreed to when you created the account. As I said if you access another location's contents then it would be a violation.

And the location is given by the country selected on the iCloud account?
I have two iCloud accounts. If I use the one from my UK Phone, will it allow me to have full access on the Apple TV App?
