Child Apple ID unable to receive FaceTime calls

I created two child accounts under family sharing and also linked my husband’s Apple ID. I can FaceTime the children but my husband cannot. Is there a place that I can go to allow all phone contacts on my children’s device to FaceTime?

Hello, 4loys2013.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

From what I've read is that your husband is unable to place FaceTime calls to the child accounts. I'd be happy to help. Check your parental controls on each device: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Make sure none of the devices have any blocks: Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If none of those steps are it, follow this article for help: If you can't make a FaceTime call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Let me know how this goes.

Cheers!
