Multiple Screens on iMac

I do not see an "Arrangement" tab under the Displays in order to have a second monitor. This just happened with Catalina. How do I fix this?

iMac 27", macOS 10.15

Please provide a screenshot as I don’t know what you mean. Normally you should just restart your computer with the external display connected and that would fix your problem. If not please contact me.
