Arrangement tab

Hi, Does the arrangement tab on my Mac 2015 running Catalina only show when you have hooked up a 2nd monitor? as i can't see it and I'm trying to see if my Mac will work with a second monitor.

"Arrangement" only shows up when there is an external display.

Arrangement tab only appears when there is an external monitor connected, and it is powered on.
