My new imac doesn't have the arrangements tab on display settings. How can I add an additional monitor?

Ty but this link doesn't apply to my imac, it doesn't have any 'arrangement' options on the display settings. This computer was just purchased from apple last week.
Tried to contact support, the phone number isn't valid and the website just spins/won't load. I've tried it on every device.

It is and has been for the past 20 years 800-275-2273. I suspect you did not dial the right number.
