I didn't receive my Apple TV+ free year

I have bought MacBook Air Nov 11 but didn't receive free subscription for Apple TV+ for one year yet. What have I do to solve this problem?

If somehow the offer isn’t presented when it should, then contact the Apple Support staff. They can assist, if needed with activation codes.
