not getting of one year of free subscription of Apple TV
I have purchased my new MacBook Pro on 30th November but its not showing of one year free subscription for Apple TV after getting signed .why?
MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14
If purchased from Apple or an authorized reseller it would qualify. However, refurbished and open box items from other seller would not. If you had previously subscribed to the service then that would also not qualify.
If you've verified that and it's still not working then call Apple support
