Hello,

I'm enclosing a screenshot of what happens when I connect my ipod to my computer. I cannot drag new music or anything to my iPod. I used to get some sort of sync screen, and I don't anymore. It only allows me to transfer purchases from the iPod to iTunes.

I have not synced my iPod for at least 2-3 years, though I use it often.

How do I sync? It doesn't give me the option anymore.
