Your move goal for the day was 600 calories you have burned 826 which means you've done enough to close that ring.On the graph there is 2 places where you burnt 110 in that part of the hour all the other peaks and troughs are where you have burnt less than 110 calories in different parts of the day but if you add all those peaks and troughs together they will total 826 which is the larger figure you have.If you get that larger figure upto 1200 calories you will receive a badge called 200% move goal,this is for doubling your daily move goal.

Each one of those bars on the graph are 15 minutes of exercise,if you count all the minutes on that graph they total 91 minutes which is the larger number you have above the graph.

That is the places in that hour that you have burned 5 calories,this will change during the course of the day when you exercise and start to burn more calories.
