System update

I'm using macbook with 10.10.4 Yosemite. I wanna update my system to the latest one, but it shows there is no any update available. How can I update my system then?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and depending on which Mac model you have, download El Capitan, High Sierra, or Catalina from the Mac App Store.
