Software Update
I don't know how to fix this whenever I try to update my MacBook;
This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled.
Any help?

Is this a used computer that you got from someone else? Did the former owner erase the computer and set it up again? If not, you need to do that to make it 'your' computer. Start with step 6.
