My macbook will not allow me to update manually
I keep getting this message
"This redownload is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled."

User wrote " not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user " Have you used another User ID Before. Item purchased from the Apple Store are associated with a Specific Apple ID and can not be re-downloaded using another Apple ID
