fraudulent calls?

I am receiving calls from "Apple Inc" (with a location in Cupertino) stating "Your iCloud account has been breached so do not perform any online activities. Press one to connect with Apple support..." Is this for real? Or is this a con trying to get me to call? What's the appropriate number to call if this is the case?

It is a scam. Also note that the number shown for scam calls is almost always spoofed and not the number that is actually originating the call. Also see: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
