Catalina update

I have a iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019) MacOS Mojave version 10.14.6 and every time I go to update to macOS Catalina I have an error request timed out. please help

macOS Catalina When I try to update to mac OS Catalina on my iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013) I keep getting the "Unknown Error" message. I know that's a vague description, but Any suggestions?
