I have a Mac Pro and and MacBook Pro. With my MacBook Pro, I'm using a Magic Keyboard and a Magic Mouse 2. My problem is, that my Mac Pro is waking up from sleep, I use thee Bluetooth mouse and keyboard next to it.
Is there a way to prevent my Mac Pro from waking up?

It turned out that not the bluetooth devices were waking up my Mac Pro, it was a stupid USB device.

Click the Advanced button at the bottom=right of Bluetooth system preference. There you can disable Bluetooth waking the computer.
This is not a solution, because I'm using a bluetooth keyboard also on my Mac Pro.
