Replace

Hi

my iPhone xs max face id not working and its Hong Kong region, Ive just visited apple store is LA, California because for my problem.

They told me that the face id not working and the iphone will replace, but I should take to Hong Kong to replace.

I have two question:

  1. is it possible to replace my phone here in US ? ( its both dual GSM SIM support )
  2. can I replace it with brand new iphone 11 pro max ? ( I think you have both GSM dual sim mode in US "model I2161" )

  1. No. It's not possible. The model you have is not available in the US.
  2. 2. No. You will get exactly the same model you have now.
