I am getting nasty and constant error: "iTunes could not connect to this iPhone. An unknown error occured (0xE800000A)" thrown when I connect to itunes that I have connected before.
I was advised to change cable, update phone and change USB, and nothing is working.
I have 5 USB ports on the computer and all are throwing same error.
Please help.

I eventually called Apple Support. I am on windows 10, and latest itunes. I re-installed itunes via Store, before that had deleted programdata from apple folder and now issue is resolved and this thread can be closed.
What version of iTunes are you running? If you are on Windows 10 did you install iTunes through the Microsoft Store?
