Apple Watch 2 battery life

My watch was working as usual until 3 days ago when the battery life began to die after only 8-10 hours of minimal use while at work. This has happened every day since. I have never had a problem making through the day on a full charge. I have chnaged the settings to conserve battery life and performed a hard reset and have still had the problem. Any Ideas? Is the battery shot?
