Can’t get my Apple watch to sync with my iPhone

My old Apple ID I changed because I forgot the password and now my watch is asking for the old password and user name and I dnt remember it so how do I get my phone to sync with my watch now ? Sense it won’t let me use my new Apple ID and password ?

I can't get my Apple ID and password to sync with the watch, I have changed both user id passwords to be same and both aren't working I can't get watch to sync to phone! I received as Christmas present 2 years ago and tried to sync to old phone but were not compatible, apparently it synced but not useful. Now I have new phone trying to sync to but no Apple ID that I have or password is working. I have now changed all my passwords to be same, still not working

I can’t connect my Watch to my new iPhone i connected my apple watch to a phone that a later broke and replaced, my new phone uses a separate apple ID, i cannot remember my old password so i can’t connect my watch to my new phone, is there anything i can do to get around this? Apple ID - How to find your Apple An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID.

Apple ID - Find

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
