my iphone 6 and iphone 8 are synced through my icloud account. When i permanently deleted photos from my iphone 6, they were also deleted from my iphone 8. My icloud photos on my iphone 8 is always turned on but i couldnt find the lost photos on my icloud account. Will i be able to recover these deleted photos in any way? Please give me a solution cause i really need these photos back

Recover these from a Time Machine Backup
You can do so using Migration Assistant
See what is found.
Have you checked the Photos app on both phones for a Recently Deleted album? Also check for a Recently Deleted album at iCloud.com/Photos using a computer browser.
yeah i did. They’re not on recently deleted on icloud. I deleted them from recently deleted on my phone but i didnt know it would delete it permanently from my icloud as well.
Then the pictures are gone, if you didn't backed them up externally.
