I have a 16 GB iphone 6. The storage was full so after checking that my icloud backups were up to date I deleted all of my camera roll and subsequently deleted the photos from recently deleted. I did this expecting all these deleted photos would be safe in my icloud but when i logged in i found they are all missing. Is there any way I can retrieve these photos?

If you deleted them from the Recently Deleted album, they are gone. You can check iCloud.com/Photos using a computer browser to see if there is a Recently Deleted album there.
