Apple Developer Account "This Apple id is not active"

Hello Folks,

Since yesterday, We are trying to login in to our apple developer account.

While we tried to login, it shows Your Id or password is inactive. Then we tried to go to forgot password then after entering our apple id, it is showing message that "This apple id is not active"

We tried to call the support team, scheduling call as well. All the time we end up to call on Normal Apple id support team as the number we got online are for that only.

Then in last we have tried to login with other developer account and generated a support ticket to get solution of the problem we are facing.

Are there any other solution which anyone can share with us. We appreciate a quick support on this.

We also renewed our membership with the account a month ago and its valid till year 2020. Even after paying 90+ Euro, we don't have any quick support system for this sort of issues.
