Apple ID is not active

my Apple ID was registered a few hours ago. Now it shows “Apple ID is not active” when I want to enter

My Apple ID is not active. I am getting this error. I tried to reset the password but again same error.


Then I tried to login through gmail ID I am able to login but on browsers.


iPhone 13 settings is having iCloud of which not allowing me to change with the gmail ID. I bought this phone on 26th Jan. initially I created the iCloud ID and downloaded some apps but on the same day in the evening the iCloud Apple ID is notifying Apple ID is not active.
