Left AirPod stop working

Left AirPods not working In the reset I see the green and white blinks only. The AirPods will blink blue no sound in the left AirPod. Additionally When I pair my AirPods I can’t locate them on the phone . It’s a 7+. I’ve followed all the steps it will only show forget device or disconnect. I can’t access screen to adjust or rename doesn’t appear.

Help!!

Start with a complete reset: Reset your AirPods


To rename:

  1. Launch Settings from your iPhone's Home screen.
  2. Tap on Bluetooth.
  3. Tap on the current name of your AirPods under My Devices.
  4. Tap on Name.
  5. Edit the Name to your liking.
  6. Tap on the Back button (looks like < ).
