Apple Watch—Activation Lock

I’ve recently got a new iPhone due to my old iPhone being stuck in recovery mode and not coming on after a week of trying to get it back on and sending it to the Apple store. I’m trying to pair my old Apple Watch to my phone and it’s asking for an activation lock Apple ID and password, which I forgot. How can I pair my watch to my phone?
