Disabled

I've been trying to add a credit card to my app store, iTunes, and apple music but it keeps saying my account has be disabled, how to i change that?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support


If it states that it is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, contact Apple support. See: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
