Voicemail says full but it’s not full

I’ve tried to find out how to make my voicemail accessible again after clearing all deleted messages. Nothing worked until I simply turned my phone off and restarted it again. Problem solved!

Restart your iPhone.

If the problem is not resolved then contact Cellular Service provider and voice Mail messages are stored in their server. Even if you delete from iPhone it remains in their server.
