I cant connect my airpods 3 to my iphone 17 but it connects to any other iphone

I cant connect my airpods 3 to my iphone 17 but it connects to any other iphone . when i try to reset my airpods its always do flash white light then orange light and then green light . i have tried anything: reset my settings ,delete the airpods from any deviece but it keeps writing connection failed what can i do?
