Sorry, but the response by azaksalmarzur28 is simply an AI response and notice that it is just blabber without anyway of telling you how to delete entries in any so called Bluetooth cache. Not sure why users are allowed to simply post AI responses, but apparently they are.
To troubleshoot your problem further, make sure you are not using a VPN. If you do not have a VPN installed, then
perform a Force Restart:
- Press and quickly release Volume Up
- Press and quickly release Volume Down
- Press and HOLD side button until the Apple logo appears. This could take up to 15 seconds while holding the side button and you have to ignore anything else on the screen during that time. If you do not see the Apple logo then try again as it may take a couple of attempts to get the speed and sequence correct.
If those still do not resolve the problem, then I would recommend to contact Apple directly where they can perform remote diagnostics on your device.
