Failed to open connection to Canon TS5150 for scanning on Monterey 12.7.6
Running Monterey 12.7.6 (2015 Macbook Pro) and all of a sudden can't Scan on my Canon TS5150. I get this error; failed to open a connection to the device (-21345)
I've seen other instances of this on this forum but can't find a fix which works. The fact it's worked for years and now doesn't is baffling - something has changed but see below.
Printing is fine. I've removed and added the printer several times. It's been powered off/ on but I haven't done a factory reset on the printer - suspect that's my next option.
O/S hasn't been updated recently & no other obvious software changes. I have tried Image Capture - printer shows up but fails with the same error.
