I’m trying to type a word document on my new MacMini and it won’t let me type where there are no spaces between lines. I need no spaces between lines. What should I do?

Place you cursor at the end of the "Weaknesses of..." sentence.
Open 'Paragraph' settings by clicking on the arrow in the bottom right corner of the 'Paragraph' section in the home tab.
Make sure "Don't add space between paragraphs of the same..." option is checked.
If you want no space before or after paragraphs, make sure both "Spacing Before" and "Spacing After" are set to 0 pt in the same dialog.
Your footer shows an iPad and your text references an iPad, and your question involves a third-party service.

Microsoft historically called that “Line Spacing” and the setting was within “Paragraph Formatting.”
YMMV based on the version(s) of your specific setup.
Sounds like you’re set for “Double-Spaced.”
