Unable to type without spaces between lines in Microsoft 365 Word document on Mac Mini

You're experiencing an issue with line spacing or paragraph spacing in Microsoft Word on your Mac Mini. To remove extra space between lines or paragraphs so you can type continuously without gaps, follow these steps:

Adjust Line Spacing:

1. Select the text or place your cursor where you want to type.

Microsoft historically called that “Line Spacing” and the setting was within “Paragraph Formatting.”

YMMV based on the version(s) of your specific setup.

Sounds like you’re set for “Double-Spaced.”
