Turning off Liquid Glass for light background and dark text with dyslexia

need help turning off Liquid Glass. Transparency and contrast settings and white point settings make it look like dark background and light text. I find this so hard to read with dyslexia. I need light background and dark text. Tried changing wall paper too that didn’t help. Help :(
