How do I recover lost notes on my iPhone synced with iCloud?

I have a problem with my note app. I have an iPad for me and my family and an iPhone. I write many notes with my iPhone and with iCloud i find them on my iPad. Buy i didnt want these notes on my iPad so I disabled iCloud sync for notes on iPad. iPad asked me if i wanted to remove notes and I’ve chosen yes. After this I dont have more my notes nor on my iPad nor on my iPhone. On my iPhone I have only recent notes but i’ve lost all my old notes after this. I wanted only to remove all my notes from my iPad. These is a way to have all my notes back in my iPhone?
