I recently noticed i have this weird transparent symbol on my ipad. Was wondering if i should be worried about it or its nothng. (Its the transparent circle with line thing)

Many unidentified screen artefacts are ultimately associated with the screen wallpaper image. Try changing your wallpaper; does the unexpected artefact disappear?
