You can update your Apple Watch either by going on the Watch to Settings > General > Software Update, or on your iPhone to Watch app > General > Software Update. Note that your Apple Watch will need to be on the charger, connected to Wi-Fi, and at least 50% charged. But most importantly you must have a compatible model, which would be the Series 4, 5, or SE (1st Generation). If your Watch is newer, it can update to the latest WatchOS 11, but if it’s older, it can’t to either. If you are having trouble updating and meet those requirements, tell us what happens when you try or any message you get.
