Apple Vision Pro displaying 'Unavailable' and forgotten lock password
I have encountered critical issues with my Apple Vision Pro device , the device is currently displaying an "Unavailable" message, preventing access. Secondly, I have forgotten the device's lock password, which is compounding the access issue. Could someone please advise on the appropriate troubleshooting steps and recovery procedures for both situations?
