When i Purchased iPhone 16e there is option for Priority Notification was available but after update to 18.5 its not available do apple removed it in 18.5 ?

No, the feature is still there. What do you mean by it’s not available? Does the feature not work or not show in Settings at all? Also, do other Apple Intelligence features work on your iPhone, such as Image Playground, Writing Tools, or Clean Up in Photos? The more info the better.
