MacBook Pro stuck in boot loop after erasing disk

Hi all, I tried out macOS Tahoe on my m1 MacBook Pro and enjoyed it, however I wanted to revert back to macOS Monterey. I created a USB Flash Drive that had Monterey flashed onto it and booted into the USB drive, I pressed on my SSD and clicked erase and it asked me to reboot the MacBook, when I rebooted the macbook it got stuck in a continuous boot loop.
